If you suspect mold in your home, but you still do not have clear answers despite investigating, you’re in the right place.

Many of our clients come to us after months or even years of frustration. They’ve noticed the tell-tale musty smell that never quite goes away. They feel worse at home than they do anywhere else. They may have already paid for inspections or air testing, only to be told everything seems normal. And yet, something still feels off. That experience is exactly why Mold Dog Network exists.

We created Mold Dog Network to make mold detection faster, more accurate, and far less invasive. Our trained mold detection dogs help locate hidden mold in homes, businesses, and vehicles without tearing into walls, pulling up floors, or relying on guesswork. When you need real answers, our job is simple: find the mold.

Why We Started Mold Dog Network

Hidden mold is far more common than most people realize.

It often grows behind walls, under flooring, above ceilings, inside insulation, and inside HVAC systems where traditional inspections cannot easily see it. That means people can live with a mold problem for a long time without ever finding the true source, and feeling worse every day.

We saw how often homeowners were spending thousands on testing, consultations, and inconclusive inspections, only to end up with more questions than answers. We also saw how often people dealing with mold-related concerns felt dismissed, overwhelmed, or stuck trying to prove that something in their environment was wrong. Mold Dog Network was built to change that.

Our goal is to give people a better starting point: a fast, non-invasive way to identify where mold is likely hiding so they can move forward with confidence knowing exactly where the contamination is.

Why We Use Mold Detection Dogs

Mold is not always visible. In fact, some of the worst problems are the ones you cannot see.

Traditional inspections often depend on visible evidence or air samples taken at one moment in time. But hidden mold behind walls or under materials may not show up clearly through those methods alone. That is why mold detection dogs can be such a powerful tool.

Our dogs are specially trained to detect the odor produced by active mold growth. Because they are following scent rather than sight, they can alert to mold hidden inside building materials and other enclosed spaces. This gives clients real-time insight without the delay of lab results or the mess of exploratory demolition.

Well-trained mold detection dogs can achieve over 90% accuracy in locating mold odor, which is why we believe this is one of the most effective non-invasive inspection methods available today.

At the same time, we are careful not to overstate what any method can do. No inspection approach is perfect. But mold dogs are as close as it gets when the goal is finding hidden mold quickly and accurately.

What Makes Mold Dog Network Different

We understand why people are really searching

Most people who contact us are not casually curious. They are worried about their home, their family, or their health. They may be reacting to a musty smell, unexplained symptoms, past leaks, or a home that just does not feel right. Our messaging, process, and service are built around that reality.

We focus on hidden mold

Visible mold is only part of the story. We are here to help uncover what is happening behind surfaces, inside systems, and in the places traditional inspections often miss.

We do it without tearing your property apart

Our inspections are non-destructive. There is no drilling, no ripping into walls, and no unnecessary disruption just to start getting answers.

We give you direction

Our role is to help pinpoint where mold odor is being detected so you can take the next step with more confidence. That could mean targeted remediation, follow-up investigation, or simply finally understanding what has been causing concern.

We take the work seriously

Mold detection dogs are not a gimmick. They are trained working dogs, handled by professionals, and used for a very specific purpose: locating mold odor with speed and precision. Mold Dog Network is building a serious national standard around this service, with the long-term vision of expanding trusted dog-and-handler teams across the country.
